Examiner System

Proposed Framework

Consistency begins with qualified assessment.

Examiners are separately selected, trained, standardised, authorised and reviewed.

Holding C3 or F3 does not automatically grant Examiner status. Technical or instructor certification and examiner appointment are separate processes.

Technical Committee members are responsible for the development, review and governance of assessment standards. Examiner appointment is a separate qualification and appointment process. Holding a senior certification level does not automatically confer examiner status.
